Returns
As all our garments are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Alterations
We offer complimentary minor alterations within 14 days of delivery to ensure your perfect fit. Major alterations may incur additional charges.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
